SCANNING THERMAL MICROSCOPY (STHM)
Scanning thermal microscopy (SThM) is an AFM mode. Since this mode uses a standard Silicon AFM tip and is equipped with a resistance heater at the end of the cantilever, the thermal conductivity and temperature map of the sample can be collected.
